Black King cheese

Re Black is a matured cheese made according to its own recipe from semi-skimmed milk. The product has a strong taste and a characteristic aroma. In the section the surface is slightly yellow and the crust is inedible. Product with variable weight, the slices being about 500 grams.

Shelf life of 4 months.
